Carolina G. Iglesias, Esq. is a bilingual family law attorney who has centered her education and practice on family law from the outset of her career. Carolina earned her Juris Doctor from Rutgers Law School in 2021. During law school, she served as a student attorney in the Domestic Violence Clinic, representing survivors who could not afford legal counsel. In her final year, she externed for the Honorable Kurt E. Kramer, J.S.C., in the Family Part of the Superior Court of New Jersey. Upon graduation, she was awarded the Herman J. Finn Award in Professional Responsibility for her dedication to ethical excellence, as well as a Certificate in Family Law—an academic recognition awarded for her concentrated coursework and sustained commitment to the study and practice of family law.
Prior to entering private practice, Carolina served as the Judicial Law Clerk to the Honorable Michael R. Ostrowski, Jr., J.S.C., in the Family Part of the Superior Court of New Jersey. Her clerkship provided extensive exposure to the challenges families face in matrimonial, custody, and domestic violence matters, strengthening her dedication to guiding clients through difficult circumstances with clarity, compassion, and steady advocacy.
