
Ms. Gitter earned her B.A. in Political Science from Rutgers University in 2010. She received her J.D. in 2014 from California Western School of Law in San Diego, California. She admitted to practice law in New Jersey in 2014.
After law school, Alexandra J. Gitter served as a Judicial Law Clerk to the Honorable Kenneth S. Domzalski from 2014 to 2015 in the Burlington County, Family Division. Upon completion of her clerkship, Ms. Gitter was an Associate Attorney at a matrimonial firm from 2015 to 2022. Ms. Gitter joins Martine, Katz Scanlon & Schimmel as a Senior Associate in 2023.
Ms. Gitter has always focused on family law and interned at several firms in New Jersey and California before being admitted to the bar. She handles matters such as divorce and post-judgment matters, child custody and parenting time, child support, spousal support, name changes (minors and adults) and mediation.
Ms. Gitter serves as a Matrimonial Early Settlement Panelist in Burlington County. She has been a member of the Burlington County Bar Association since 2013 as well as the Camden County Bar Association from 2013 to 2022.
